Yesterday, we got to use our ice cream truck for one of our favorite things: giving back to our community. ❤️🍦🐾
We spent the afternoon at Garland Animal Shelter serving ice cream to the incredible staff and volunteers who show up every day for animals in our community.
A little ice cream is the least we could do for people doing such important work. ❤️
Thank you, Garland Animal Shelter, for having us — and for everything you do for the animals who need you most. 🐶🐱
(And yes… we absolutely fell in love with a few furry faces while we were there. 🥹)

Nobody wanted a free sundae. Not one person.
I stood outside the shop at Firewheel with a sign offering a free sundae to anybody who wasn’t an influencer. You just had to let us film it. Turns out that’s a hard sell in Garland.
Two people finally said yes. Their video goes up tomorrow.

Will doesn’t know I took this picture.
After 14 hours of loading the trailer, serving customers and doing everything else it takes to keep Sweet Pearl’s moving forward, he finally sat down.
What most people don’t see is that he does all of this while living with a disability and chronic pain from a life-changing accident.
He believes so deeply in this little business, and I’m incredibly proud of him.

Sweet Pearls was never just a name 🤍
Long before there was an ice cream shop, there was Pearl — a little dog who came into Will’s life when he needed her most and helped carry him through some of his darkest days.
This is a story we haven’t shared much. It’s deeply personal, but it’s also the heart behind everything we’ve built.
Because being a Pearl has never been about ice cream.
It means choosing kindness. Loving people well. Finding light when things are dark. And never giving up hope.
We hope Pearl’s story reminds someone out there today that even the hardest chapters aren’t the end of the story.
