Good morning, Rockwall!

This is the type of comment we love to see and frankly, it is our most common. Great food, great smoothies, great value for fresh food and the service from an amazing crew.

Lately we've heard some dissatisfaction about lines and wait times and I want to let you know we hear you.

Our goal is to get you your order as fast as possible. As fast as custom made-to-order food can be made! We don't premake anything. All fresh. All to your specs.

We, like all others in the restaurant industry are working at increasing our staff (normally around 30 but currently 13 to cover 7 days a week 7am to 9pm) and hitting our delivery goals. We also feel keeping our normal hours is important to our customers who rely on us for breakfast or dinner for the family 7 days a week.

I'm lucky to have an entire crew that is dedicated and empathetic. We feel bad when anyone has to wait. These are truly the hardest working folks in NTX.

We love our Raving Fans and all the new folks that try us every day. Know we are doing all we can in the current climate to serve you and meet your expectations. Give the crew a smile. Let them know they are appreciated. Even if they missed your mark.

They showed up and to me, that's worth rewarding.
