Just in time for Halloweekš»š: CANDY BAR (NEW!āØ) is here!!!
Trick-or-Treat! This flavor is better than what you collect on October 31. Sweet Cream ice cream with pieces of our scratch made chocolate candy bar. Think: layers of local 5 Mile Chocolate, house-made peanut butter nougat, organic peanuts, and scratch made caramel. Itās our own version of that famous chocolate barā¦sans all the junk.
Itās Limited Edition and will only be on the menu once until next year. Now scooping and in pints until itās out!!!!!!!

We do things differently around here.
We donāt have a specific time every month or quarter when we release flavors, so how does it work?
CLASSIC FLAVORS
The flavors that are ALWAYS on the menu. The top three rows of flavors on our menu board, if you will. Always appropriate no matter when, what, or why.
ROTATING CLASSIC FLAVORS
Still classic (nothing crazy), but they come and go. These flavors take more time to make and therefore pop up a bit less often. Theyāre as special as can be and they generally last 1-2 weeks on the menu depending on popularity. We make several batches and when weāre out weāre out.
SEASONAL FLAVORS
You may notice we donāt have strawberry ice cream on the menu year round. This is because we source locally and seasonally and strawberries are not grown/harvested year round in Texas. Our seasonal flavors are inspired by whatās in season. It makes these flavors THAT much more exciting when they come on the menu. These are generally on quarterly or until we canāt get the seasonal produce anymore.
LIMITED EDITION FLAVORS
Gone in the blink of an eye. Exceptionally unique. Generally on the menu once a year or once EVER. When you see a limited edition flavor on the menu, run, donāt walk!

COWBOY COOKIE ICE CREAM
a light cinnamon ice cream with big pieces of our house-baked cowboy cookies. Whatās a cowboy cookie? Think: everything but the kitchen sink oatmeal cookie made with cinnamon, toasted pecans, pumpkin seeds, coconut, and big chunks of local dark chocolate.
COWBOY COOKIE ICE CREAM SANDWICH
the handheld version of the above - cinnamon ice cream sandwiched between two cowboy cookies.
Give it a try! Scooping until we are out. We have pints too!

Happy Monday, SALTED CARAMEL BROWNIE is back!!!š„³
Smooth, creamy, and salty. Just the right amount of Himalayan pink salt balanced with that oh so sweet, handmade caramel. Throw in the fudgiest house-made brownies you can think of and youāre taking a bite of bliss.

TODAY ONLY š„³ CAKE ice cream is on the menu as we celebrate 7 years of Parlorās Ice Creams!
7 whole years since our scoops hit the streets of Dallas and what a ride itās been!
We (Brandon & Kellie) started this company when we were just dating. A road trip conversation has grown into two ice cream shops! It is so easy to get wrapped up in the day to day of running a little ice cream company, but a day like today calls for stepping back and seeing the growth. We have grown immensely, and not just as a company, but as people too. We are so incredibly grateful that our idea caught on and people see the value in great tasting scratch ice cream, made the way it used to be made. Thank yāall for all of your support. Obviously, this growth wouldnāt be possible without YOU. We are also so thankful for our dedicated team.

Itās always a celebration when TEXAS SHEET CAKE is on the menu!š„³š°š«
Rotating on the menu just in time to celebrate Parlorās Ice Creams scooping for 7 years, tomorrow. Texas Sheet Cake is a light chocolate ice cream with Texas-sized pieces of our scratch made Texas sheet cake (a spongey chocolate cake with chocolate icing).
This is definitely one of our most requested Rotating flavors and if youāve had it, you know why. As always, it goes very fast so come enjoy it while you can! We have pints too!

Our house blend of organic cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves is what we use in our fall seasonal, Autumn Pumpkin! We also have a new flavor coming out on Tuesday that uses this blendš¤«

To get to E Mockingbird Lane in Dallas via public transport, you can take the DART rail to Mockingbird Station, which is located near the ice cream shop. From there, it's a short walk to E Mockingbird Lane.
If you're driving and need to park, there are parking spots available along E Mockingbird Lane and adjacent streets. Be sure to check for any parking restrictions or signage before leaving your car.
Once you're on E Mockingbird Lane, simply locate the ice cream shop and parlor by looking for their signage or storefronts along the street.
