White Rock Brewing Co (WRBC) is a Texas craft brewery and taproom that features an outdoor beer garden alongside a menu of pizza, appetizers, and salads. Founded in 2017 by Dallas residents Greg Nixon and Dave Kirk, with Head Brewer Blake Morrison at the helm, WRBC has evolved from its original location near White Rock Lake to a new facility in West Dallas. This state-of-the-art venue aims to increase the production capacity of their locally handcrafted beers, allowing them to serve not only the Alehouse but also the wider Metroplex area. The brewery boasts an impressive array of award-winning brews, including the Silver Medal-winning "IPO IPA" from the 2022 Great American Beer Festival and Gold Medal winners like "Dreamsicle Kayak" and "Dave’s Perfect Pilsner" from the 2021 US Open Beer Championship. Guests can enjoy tastings in the taproom or relax on the spacious covered patio or dog-friendly beer garden.
