Alright so we are going to put this one on the menu. We just hope it’s not like when our buddy Jeff who can’t eat dairy said he was excited for a cheeseless tomato pie to be a pizza of the month. So we did it a few months back hoping that Jeff knew we were looking out for him and he’d be pumped that we did that. THEN, He only orders it once at the end of the month even though he’d been in a few times that month. We’re not trying to live in the past, but come on, that one stung. Anyways, we like this one a lot. Jeff can’t even eat this one so at least that pressure is gone.
Kale pesto, Yukon gold potatoes, chèvre & lemon zest. Meet the Waverly!

We made this pie at an event over the weekend and everyone said they really liked it(unless they were liars) so in the spirit of “you say jump, we say how high” we are running it as a special through the weekend.
