We’re stoked to introduce a couple of bottled cold brew options for the shops!
Up first, you’ll see 12oz bottles of cold brew! This cold brew is made with one of our single
origin offerings and gives you another opportunity to see how brewing method can
manipulate flavor. For this batch, we used Black Sheep!
You’ll also see 28oz 1:4 concentrate for you to use however you’d like! Whether it’s 1 part
coffee to 4 parts water, throwing this in your espresso martini recipe or making cold brew
concentrate lattes at home (try a 1:3 for this), this concentrate is delicious and made with
our cold brew blend!
This is a bit of an experiment, so grab them quick to keep ‘em coming! 🤘

A lineup of familiar favorites have officially returned to our shelves & online:
Black Sheep, China: Black Sheep is an experimental coffee from Ximeng, Yunnan that features a unique 30-day anaerobic fermentation in sealed containers to limit oxygen exposure. Following an initial drying period to 35% moisture, the coffee undergoes an additional 20-day sealed fermentation before a final drying to 10-12% moisture. It is an incredibly unique cup where you can really taste the processing method, featuring a bold flavor profile of Blackberry Stout and Chocolate.
Mara Estate, Kenya: Mara Estate is grown near Kenya’s Masai Mara Reserve and shaped by natural anaerobic fermentation; this coffee is expressive without being overbearing. It consists of SL28, Ruiru 11 and Betian varietals. Expect Mango and Strawberry in the cup!
Lake Yojoa, Honduras is another fantastic addition to our lineup, brought to you by our partners focused on the Santa Barbara Mountain region. This honey-processed coffee is a collaborative lot from 7 producers across the mountain. The journey begins with cherries carefully picked at peak ripeness, which are then pulped and placed into concrete tanks to ferment for 12 hours. Following fermentation, the coffee is laid out to dry for 10–14 days. The result is an incredibly approachable and clean cup featuring delicious notes of Dried Fruits, Citrus, and S’mores.

Pumpkin Spice – Our take on the classic pumpkin spice latte. Made with a housemade pumpkin spice syrup & topped with our fall spice powder.
Bourbon Pecan – A returning customer favorite! This latte features our housemade bourbon pecan syrup & our fall spice garnish.
Apple Ginger Matcha – Premium ceremonial-grade matcha paired with a crisp apple, ginger, & cinnamon
Toffee Pretzel – The best of both worlds. A smooth cold brew topped with sweet-and-salty toffee pretzel cold cream & a crunchy cinnamon-sugar pretzel garnish.
Seasonal Coffee Tonic – A refreshing mix of our featured spro, housemade apple ginger syrup, cranberry bitters and tonic water topped off with an orange slice & cinnamon.
