In Rio Grande do Sul, Brazilian gaรบchos traditionally cooked large cuts of meat over open fires while working across the pampas, using little more than fire, skewers, and salt. Texas de Brazil, located on Addison Road in Addison, is a Brazilian steakhouse that offers an unforgettable dining experience. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted with generous Texas hospitality and a lively atmosphere that sets the tone for the rest of your meal.
The star of the show at Texas de Brazil is their endless servings of flame-grilled meat. The gauchos visit your table with skewers of perfectly seasoned beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage, cooked over a wood charcoal fire just like cowboys in Southern Brazil have prepared it. It's a rodizio-style dining experience that has made Texas de Brazil famous.
But before you dive into the meat, make sure to visit their extravagant salad area. It's a feast for both your eyes and your palate with seasonal roasted vegetables, fresh artisan breads, charcuterie, imported cheeses and other specialties.
In addition to their delicious food offerings, Texas de Brazil also provides excellent restaurant services such as catering, groups accommodations for kids and walk-ins. They also offer Happy Hour from Monday to Friday between 4:30pm โ 6pm.
