A recent Resy article, The Welcome Return of the Thick Burger, says the pendulum is swinging back from ultra-thin smash burgers to substantial burgers where the quality of the beef, seasoning, and build have room to shine.
To which we say: welcome back. 😉

For August, our classic Chillerno Burger is getting a Hatch season upgrade, swapping its usual poblano for Hatch peppers and finishing it all off with that crave-worthy queso drizzle.

Come have a Frito Chili Pie with us! (a portion of the proceeds made from the purchase of this particular “Give Back Burger”, the Frito Chili Pie Burger, will be donated to Sons of the Flag to aid in our mission to help Veteran, Military, and First Responder Burn Survivors and their families!
