Remember Dalton?

A couple months ago, so many of you rallied around Dalton and his family after hearing his story.

We’ve stayed in touch and are so happy to share that Dalton is doing great! Since then, he’s been discharged from the hospital, spent the summer getting stronger, and celebrated his 9th birthday by throwing out the first pitch at an Arizona Diamondbacks game.

He and his family have even launched Dalton’s Field of Dreams Foundation, which recently delivered its first care baskets to families at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

We also made good on a promise: getting Dalton behind the wok for his very own Pei Wei cooking experience.
We loved having him in the kitchen, and we thought everyone who has followed his story would enjoy seeing what he’s been up to. And of course, we’re happy to report that whenever Dalton needs a little comfort food, Pei Wei is still his first request.

Take it away, Chef Dalton! 👨‍🍳
