🚗☕ Great Cars, Great Coffee, and an Even Greater Cause! 💙🚓
The Human Bean–Lewisville was proud to participate in the 2nd Annual Jay Powell Memorial Car Show!
We had a wonderful time serving up our favorite drinks while supporting a cause that means so much to our community. A portion of our proceeds from the event was donated to the Lewisville Police Foundation Benevolent Fund, which provides assistance to Lewisville Police Department employees and their families during times of need.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by, grabbed a drink, and helped us give back! Your support makes events like this even more meaningful. 💙
🎃 Missed this year’s show? Mark your calendars for October 30, 2027!
Next year’s event will have a special Halloween connection. Jay Powell had a soft spot in his heart for Halloween, so holding the car show so close to his favorite holiday seems like a fitting way to honor his memory.
We’re already looking forward to next year! 🚘🎃

🤠 Everything is bigger in Texas… including Homecoming Mums! 💐🏈
Just take a look at this one! And believe it or not, this isn’t even our barista Jenny’s mum… it belongs to her homecoming date! 😂
We’re still waiting for a picture of Jenny’s mum, and if this one is any indication, we can only imagine what hers looks like!
Of course, we’re hoping she found a way to work The Human Bean logo into it somewhere. Hint, hint, Jenny! ☕💚
And if she didn’t, no worries… we can always Photoshop one in! 😉🤣
Have someone going to Homecoming? Drop a picture of your mums in the comments.
