Easy Slider is a burger restaurant that serves up the best little burgers in Texas, with fresh and top-quality ingredients as their priority. Independently owned by Caroline Perini and Miley Holmes, the company has received a number of local and national awards, including Best Food Truck in Dallas, 21 Best Food Trucks in America, 101 Best Food Trucks in America, and 10 Best Burgers in Dallas. Their menu consists of Certified Angus beef sliders with unique toppings while additional items are offered frequently to showcase seasonal ingredients. Bread is made fresh every day and sauces are made on the truck. Easy Slider has locations in Deep Ellum, Harvest Hall - Grapevine, and The Exchange Hall - Downtown.
