Who’s behind Belle Vie?
We’re Iliana and Luis, the proud owners of Belle Vie and Los Marquez Tacos here in Rockwall.
Our journey began back in 2019, right before COVID, with a small food truck off Highway 205. With hard work, faith, and the support of our community, we took a leap and opened our first brick-and-mortar location, Los Marquez Tacos, in 2023. Just one year later, Belle Vie was born in downtown Rockwall, a dream turned reality.
This journey is truly a family one. Our daughter, Gresia, helps us run Belle Vie, and our son supports us at both restaurants while preparing to graduate from Rockwall High School.
We are incredibly grateful for every single one of you who has supported us along the way. Thank you for being part of our dream. ❤️
