Congratulations City of Waxahachie! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 It really is a neat downtown to visit!
EXCITING NEWS!! 💚 We’re proud to share that the City of Waxahachie has once again earned Accredited Downtown status through Main Street America—the program’s highest level of recognition, awarded annually based on six rigorous national standards.
This designation reflects the everyday work of our downtown staff, board members, business owners, preservation advocates, and community partners who continue to invest in and strengthen our historic downtown.
That collaboration is making a real impact, helping drive nearly 3.9 million tourist visits to Waxahachie in the past year alone.
We’re grateful to everyone who plays a part in this success. Waxahachie is a great place to live, work, and visit—and it’s truly a team effort. 🙌
