Shenaniganz on East I-30, Rockwall, has received mixed reviews over the years. A review from the Dallas Observer in 2018 praised the bowling alley for its state-of-the-art lanes and fun atmosphere but noted that the restaurant food was lackluster.
More recent reviews on Yelp paint a similar picture. Some customers rave about the bowling experience and friendly staff while others criticize the food and slow service. One customer wrote in November 2021, "Bowling is great here! The restaurant needs work though. Food was cold and took forever to get to us."
In January 2022, a reviewer on Google said, "The bowling alleys are fantastic and well-maintained. However, the restaurant could improve on customer service." Another Yelp review from December 2021 complained of long wait times for food and drinks despite being one of only a few customers in the restaurant.
Despite some negative comments about their restaurant service, Shenaniganz seems to be popular among families looking for a place to have fun together. A TripAdvisor review from August 2021 said, "We had an amazing time bowling here with our family. The staff were very helpful and friendly."
Overall, opinions about Shenaniganz vary depending on what aspect of the business is being reviewed. While some praise it as a fun place for entertainment with great staff members, others think that there is certainly room for improvement when it comes to their restaurant service and food quality.
