To get to Crescent Court in Dallas via public transport, you can take the DART Rail Red or Blue Line and get off at the St. Paul Station. From there, it's a short walk to Crescent Court.
If driving, you can take the North Central Expressway (US-75) and exit at Pearl St./Woodall Rodgers Freeway. Turn right onto North Pearl St. and left onto Cedar Springs Rd., where you will find Crescent Court on your left-hand side.
