Banquet server Ruben Alvarez is celebrating his 25th year at PCC! He moved to the U.S. in 1979 from Mexico. He originally worked as a carpenter before transitioning his career to banquet work, which he's been doing for the last 34 years. The parent of three and a grandpa to three, Ruben always works hard to deliver great service (and occasionally serve as our "fix-it" guy!)
