A few moments from last night’s Plated on Main!

We loved being part of an evening celebrating local food, community, and the incredible farms and makers right here in Texas.

Our dish featured Texas red wheat dumplings filled with cremini and chestnut mushrooms, served with corn miso sauce, dressed Jubilant Fields arugula, fresh-shaved fennel, smoked mushroom powder, chili oil, and crispy sage.

A big thank you to the local farms and growers who helped bring this dish to life!

Featured farms & producers:
Texas Fungus — Arlington
Homestead Gristmill — Waco
Jubilant Fields Farm — Trenton
and sage from our own Heritage Table Garden

Thank you to everyone who made the evening special, including Play Frisco - Parks & Recreation, for celebrating our local food community!
