When you think of Mexican food & September one dish comes to mind, Chile en Nogadas. This traditional Mexican dish is served throughout Mexico during the weeks leading up to Mexican Independence Day.
⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀
The relleno (filling) is a ground beef/pork cooked with pine nuts and a variety of fruits that is a perfect combination of savory and sweet. (We are serving a version with ground beef only)
The nogada (sauce) consists of goat cheese, walnuts, almonds, sherry cooking w**e & milk with a touch of salt and sugar.
⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀
We then fill a roasted Poblano pepper with the relleno and cover it with the nogada sauce and top it off with pomegranate. The result is a dish with a blend of a mild spice & sweet that is so fulfilling.
We will be serving Chile en Nogadas this weekend. Quantities are limited each day. Come get yours today!

Amazing coffee starts with high quality coffee beans sourced from farmers who take pride in their crop, from planting, fertilizing, tending to the crop to meticulously harvesting the coffee.
⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀
Our current espresso bean from San Francisco Ozolotepec in Oaxaca is one of those beans that checks all the boxes. A light roast that highlights cacao, vanilla & almond flavor notes, that is just as pleasing in espresso, manual or batch brew. Come this weekend to taste this special coffee.
⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀
As a bonus, combine this coffee with an amazing breakfast and your day is sure to be amazing!
