Today reminded us why we love what we do. ❤️
This morning we had the pleasure of welcoming visitors all the way from Germany who stopped by Dia De Los Tacos for breakfast before heading out to watch their team play against Ecuador in the World Cup. After that, they were off to Dallas Stadium to watch the Japan vs. Sweden match.
As a small, family-owned restaurant here in Mesquite, Texas, it means so much to know that travelers from around the world chose to spend part of their day with us. We may be a small mom-and-pop restaurant, but today we felt like we got to be a tiny part of the World Cup experience right here in our small town.
To our new friends from Germany, thank you for visiting! We hope you enjoyed your breakfast, your time in Texas, and an unforgettable day of soccer. ⚽🌎

Chilaquiles got an upgrade this weekend!
