Wow! Thank you all so much for your support so far. We’re incredibly excited for this next adventure and wanted to answer a few of the most common questions we’ve received.
1. Local Delivery 🚚
All products are packaged in insulated cold-box packaging and delivered by our in-house drivers. Because of this, we currently have to limit delivery to the ZIP codes available in our system.
If you’re nearby and your ZIP code isn’t currently listed, please submit it through the form on our website. We’ll be happy to see if we can add service to your area.
2. Nationwide Shipping 🚗
For customers outside our local delivery area, all products are shipped in heavy-duty insulated packaging with enough cold packs to keep everything safely chilled during transit.
Unfortunately, the cost of packaging materials and shipping is quite high. At the moment, we actually lose about $2–3 on every shipped package. We’re actively exploring ways to reduce these costs while maintaining the quality and safety of your order.
3. Local Pickup
We do not currently offer local pickup. However, we are exploring opportunities to partner with local restaurants, markets, and specialty stores that may be interested in carrying our products.
If you have a suggestion—or own a business that may be interested—we’d love to hear from you!
4. How Long Does It Last?
As long as your ramen remains frozen in its original packaging, it will maintain its quality and flavor for up to 6 months.
5. More Options Coming Soon
We have a lot of exciting ideas in the works! We’re starting small so we can do things the right way, but rest assured, many more products and offerings are on the horizon. 🙂
