Running three brands under one roof teaches you one thing fast: systems scale, but people make them work.
At MSI, we operate Chicken Salad Chick, Taco Bell, and Wingstop restaurants. Three menus, three guest experiences, one way of leading. Here's what that's taught us:
1. Systems are the floor, not the ceiling. Every brand gives us a proven playbook. Our job is to execute it well, then coach people to go beyond it.
2. Great leaders transfer across brands. The skills that run a busy lunch rush at Wingstop also work at Chicken Salad Chick: clear communication, calm under pressure, and caring about the team.
3. Consistency builds trust. With guests, with franchisors, and with our own teams. Doing the basics right every day is what earns the right to grow.
