From there, walk south on West Las Colinas Boulevard until you reach Esters Boulevard. To drive and park at Esters Boulevard in Irving, take Highway 183 to Esters Road and head south. Turn left onto Plaza Drive and then turn right onto Valley View Lane. Finally, turn left onto Esters Boulevard where parking is available.
