Rare Gesha brew guide 🍊🕊️

Wade walks through how he brews our Victor Bermúdez Gesha to bring out its jasmine, tangerine and lemongrass. Gesha trees give very little fruit, which is part of what makes this coffee so rare.

Taste it as a pour-over at our Granite Park location.

Meet our Rare coffees 🕊️

Wade, our Coffee Director, picked five coffees you won’t find on our everyday menu. Each one is rare for a specific reason: a variety that gives very little fruit, a plant traced back to a single tree, a harvest under 30 pounds.

Try them as pour-overs at our Granite Park location.

It’s okay to enjoy something without understanding it, but getting to fully understand the process that goes into producing coffee made us appreciate it that much more 🫶

The first sugar-free syrups (that we know of) to have no artificial sweetener or sugar alcohols and is flavored with no additives like ‘artificial flavors’ or ‘natural flavors’!!!

Sweetened with a monk-fruit/allulose blend to be more gut friendly and a perfect 1:1 replacement to our original syrups meaning 1 ounce of our sugar free syrup should have the same sweetness and mouth feel as the full-sugar version. 🫶

We’ve noticed a love-hate dynamic with our new Granite Old Fashion syrup and to be fair it’s completely different than any of our other syrups we offer and the drink we created with it is unlike any drink we have on our menu!

We wanted to create a syrup that gave the same bitter-sweet experience as an old fashion cocktail, but for iced coffee. In this syrup we used the same bitter gentian root and spice profile as angostura bitters - commonly used to make an old fashioned cocktail.

How we use it 🕊️
Mix a half ounce of Granite Old Fashion syrup with iced coffee and garnished with an orange peel.

Try it at our cafe! Exclusively served at our new Granite Park/North Plano location. 🫶

NEW sugar-free syrups!!! ☕️🤎

Creating a great sugar-free syrup takes the right ingredients and a lot of taste testing. We’ve been experimenting with alternatives like monk fruit and allulose to find the right balance of sweetness and flavor.

Because great coffee deserves great syrup!!! 🕊️

Sugar Free syrups just dropped!!! 🕊️Vanilla and Cardamom sugar-free syrups now available! Lavender coming soon 🫶
