If you had any doubts about our cocktail cred, we humbly submit this behind-the-scenes look at the making of our Grass is Greener cocktail. Its ingredients may sound familiar: LALO tequila blanco, Rey Campero Espadín mezcal, grapefruit, lime, arugula, and white pepper salt. Less familiar is the iconic mixing technique known as “throwing”—an old-school method which provides the perfect balance of aeration, dilution, and temperature control. As you can see, it also provides quite a show.

There’s no such thing as the perfect cut. But if there was, it might be our Bone-In Prime Ribeye. Although we would never tell you how to order your perfect steak, we do find that leaving the bone in during cooking helps maximize flavor. If in doubt, taste and judge for yourself.
