Inspired by Walt Blue Jay Pinot Noir, the Jaywalker is a frozen margarita topped with a Walt Pinot Noir float and Chambord drizzle, blending bright, refreshing citrus with rich, unexpected depth.
It’s a cocktail that doesn’t follow rules. Bold and unexpected, it crosses boundaries and reimagines familiar flavors in a way that feels entirely new.
As of July 1st, the Jaywalker becomes a permanent addition to the cocktail menus at both ASTRA Kitchen + Lounge & Palato Italian Kitchen and Lounge.
