According to the fashion runways, ties are back!
To help our customers get the perfect Father’s Day gift, we hosted the The Texas Tie Guy in our lobby featuring casual and elegant ties (as well as fun bow ties and socks).
In addition, Small Batch TX offered pickles, sauces, jams, Chicago Style Giardiniera and Caribbean Jerk Sauce.

We brought the circus to our lobby last week for our annual charity event, TogetherWeGive. Customers enjoyed jugglers, a balloon artist, a claw machine, and classic treats, such as cotton candy and popcorn.
Thank you to all our customers for joining us in the lobby and packing snack bags for the children participating in Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas’ summer program.
TogetherWeGive is part of Granite Properties’ customer engagement program, TogetherWeConnect. This program provides opportunities for meaningful connections, giving back to the community, improving overall wellness, and fun in the workplace.

This week, McKinney & Olive hosted a Bee Lunch & Learn and Honey Tasting event in celebration of World Bee Day.
Customers learned about the vital role of bees and enjoyed a unique sensory experience comparing the flavor of honey from McKinney & Olive's beehives to honey produced by beehives at other Granite Properties-owned buildings in Houston.

This week, we hosted a jewelry pop-up in our lobby for our customers and the neighborhood.
For a few hours, our building turned into the perfect destination for Mother’s Day gifts.

Happy Earth Day!
We brought nature indoors with a planting event in our lobby. Customers enjoyed socializing while potting their favorite plant to take home.
Increasing plant life, indoors and outdoors, has many benefits including air purification and enhancing biodiversity.

Happy Architecture Week!
To celebrate, we’re spotlighting world-renowned architect Cesar Pelli, Gregg Jones, and Rob Narracci of Pelli Clarke & Partners for designing our beautiful building.
McKinney & Olive was Cesar Pelli’s first design in Dallas as well as the first commercial building in Dallas designed by an internationally acclaimed architect since the 1980s.
The late Cesar Pelli was selected as one of the ten most influential living architects by the The American Institute of Architects (AIA) winning their prestigious AIA Gold Medal in 1995.

To celebrate, we invited our customers to an Easter Egg Hunt complete with Peter Rabbit, hidden eggs, and many prizes. We also hosted offering Easter essentials such as baskets, popcorn and candy.
